Pricing — Honestly
It’s not cheap.
We went on a weekend, booked three hours, and split the cost across four families — one child each. It came to roughly 50,000 KRW per family.
That’s noticeably more than a standard kids café. Whether it’s worth it depends entirely on what you’re trying to do. If you want a private space where your children can play freely without navigating a crowd of strangers, where parents can actually sit down and eat and talk at the same volume as a normal conversation — then yes, 50,000 KRW per family for three hours feels reasonable. Especially for a birthday party or a proper parent meetup where the socializing is the point.
The Space and Play Areas
It’s a compact space — not the sprawling, multi-level setup of a large kids café. But it’s well put together, and the layout works.
There’s a ball pool and slide, a kitchen play area, role play and pretend play setups, block play, car play, and a small reading corner. Parents sit at the main table to eat and talk; children play within easy sightline. The separation is comfortable without feeling disconnected.
Our children played for three hours without getting bored. That’s probably the most useful thing I can tell you.
Toys and Activities
Well-stocked for the 2–6 age range. Wooden educational toys, kitchen play sets, tool play, supermarket play, blocks, toy cars, ride-on cars, puzzles, and picture books. Enough variety that children move naturally from one thing to the next without needing direction.
Food
Outside food is allowed, which is a significant plus. You can order delivery or bring your own. There are drinks and snacks available to purchase inside, but they’re on the pricier side — we brought our own food and it worked perfectly.
One thing worth knowing in advance: if you bring outside food, you’ll need to bring your own food waste bags. You’re responsible for handling food waste yourself. It’s a small logistical detail, but worth knowing before you arrive — we were caught off guard by this.
Parking
There’s no parking at the venue. If you’re driving, you’ll need to find a nearby public or private lot — check ahead of time on weekends, as spaces fill up. Honestly, Naebang Station is easy enough by transit that it’s worth skipping the car.
Final Thoughts
Elfin Kids Room isn’t trying to be a large-scale kids café, and it doesn’t need to be. What it offers is something specific: a private space where your group isn’t competing with anyone else, where children can play freely, and where parents can actually have the conversation they came for.
We left having genuinely caught up. The children were tired in the good way. The food happened without drama. That’s a successful parent meetup.
